Congress Date and Venue: November 27-29, 2024, Ege University Campus, Bornova Izmir – Türkiye

Language of Congress: Language of the Symposium is English. Abstracts and full texts of all papers should be submitted in English.

Important Dates:

Abstract submission deadline: September 30, 2024
Acceptance notification: October 7, 2024
Early registration deadline: October 15, 2024
Scientific program: October 20, 2024
Full paper submission: November 15, 2024
Event dates: November 27-29, 2024

Acceptance of Abstracts: Submissions will be made online via the website. The information for authors about the abstract preparation is announced at the "Submission" tab on the webpage. At least one participant is required to register for the congress after the submissions have been accepted.

Poster area: Posters will be exhibited during the congress.

Registration and Advisory Desk: The registration and advisory desk will be open during the entire event.

Invitation letter: An invitation letter will be sent to the participants who have completed their registration.

Participation Certificate: Attendance certificates will be sent by e-mail after the congress to reduce the use of paper.

Name badge: Participants also need to wear their badges permanently at the congress center.
